About the Role
We are looking for a confident and self-driven Agency Sales Specialist who can independently handle inside sales and LinkedIn outreach , build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals end-to-end . This role requires excellent English communication skills , as client interaction and pitching will be a key part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inside sales via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Conduct LinkedIn outreach : profile building, connection requests, follow-up DMs
Generate, nurture, and convert leads through structured outreach
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Conduct virtual rounds and present agency services confidently
Manage client communication from first contact to deal closure
Maintain consistent follow-ups and sales tracking
Close deals independently
