We are looking for Agent Developers—problem solvers who are passionate about speed, simplification, and impact. As an Agent Developer, you'll leverage our self-service agent building tools—featuring low-code/no-code interfaces and natural language chat interfaces—to design and deploy agents that automate complex workflows across Walmart. You’ll be solving big problems end-to-end, enabling rapid iteration, and making processes dramatically more efficient. The role is ideal for self-starters who think holistically, simplify fearlessly, and execute with urgency.
