To perform all customer services activities and operations of assigned customer's account as to achieve 100% customer service satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform all daily customer service activities and operations including order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, report management, invoicing/billing and filing.Handle all customers' feedback, requests and complaints effectively and escalate/ report to superior accordingly.Perform and dispatch all invoicing/billing to customer on timeEnsure accuracy and proper maintenance of inventory in systems.Collect and compile date for measurement of key performance indicatorsMaintain a current and accurate procedures manual that details the processing requirements for each account.Maintain proper documentation of paperwork associated with orders and accounts.To take up additional tasks as required meeting the Department needs.
