To perform all customer services activities and operations of assigned customer's account as to achieve 100% customer service satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

    • Perform all daily customer service activities and operations including order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, report management, invoicing/billing and filing.
    • Handle all customers' feedback, requests and complaints effectively and escalate/ report to superior accordingly.
    • Perform and dispatch all invoicing/billing to customer on time
    • Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of inventory in systems.
    • Collect and compile date for measurement of key performance indicators
    • Maintain a current and accurate procedures manual that details the processing requirements for each account.
