Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive pipeline creation by running high‑volume AI‑supported outbound, acting quickly on intent signals and qualifying prospects using MEDDPICC before handing them to Account Executives.
  • Operate and continuously improve the outbound tech stack (e.g., Clay, UserGems, partner agencies) by owning day‑to‑day tool strategy, refining prompts and outreach logic, and experimenting with workflows to increase engagement.
  • Serve as a core member of the Demand Squad aligning daily on account prioritization, deciding engagement strategies, collaborating live with AEs on hot accounts, and sharing insights on messaging and persona performance.
  • Develop deep regional market expertise by tracking themes, buyer behaviors, new buying centers, and shifts in the market and translating these insights into recommendations for outreach strategy, ICP/tiering, and buying group targeting.
