Scope of Position: 

To provide exceptional customer service to both internal & external customers and to achieve department’s objectives for timely freight processing, and associated admin tasks within the set KPI. 

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:    

  • Communicate with our customers in executing export bookings.
  • Prepare various export documentation.
  • Command in internal export management systems 
  • Understand and follow internal standards and process to execute bookings.
  • Prepare and document customer’s requirements in SOP database. 
  • Screening of customer’s creditability before shipment.
  • Screening of denied parties before shipment.
  • Comprehend internal quality standards and compliance policies. Apply in day-to-day execution of bookings.
