Job Description

- Handling of a high volume of inbound calls to the Agent Support department
- Analyze the needs of the agent and offer the appropriate solution
- Maintain an industry leading service level

- Qualifications
Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Basic English (advanced is preferred)
Intermediary MS Excel skills
Detail oriented and strong teamwork skills
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
