Agent/Distribution Sales Representative

Qualifications

• At least college level, especially in Business/Marketing.
• With sales experience (FMCG, distribution, retail, or field sales is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of route selling, inventory, and basic sales reporting.
• Able to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Willing to do field work and travel within assigned areas.
• With motorcycle and valid driver’s license (usually required).
• Familiar with the assigned territory/market.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented.
