Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are seeking experienced professionals with a solutioning mindset to join our team as Partners specializing in Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Agentic AI systems, strong technical expertise in code vibing, and deep knowledge of advanced protocols such as MPC (Multi-Party Computation) and AtoA (Agent-to-Agent) Protocol. This role requires strategic thinking, technical leadership, and the ability to design and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

. Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI frameworks for enterprise-scale solutions. Develop and optimize Agent-to-Agent communication protocols (AtoA) for seamless interoperability.
. Technical Leadership: Drive technical discussions on MPC and secure computation strategies. Mentor teams on code vibing practices for AI agent orchestration and integration.
. Innovation & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI-driven business strategies. Identify opportunities for leveraging Agentic AI in complex workflows.
. Delivery Excellence: Ensure successful deployment of AI solutions with high scalability and security. Oversee performance tuning and continuous improvement of agentic systems.


Required Skills & Experience:

. Mid-Level Partner: 8+ years in AI/ML solutioning with at least 3 years in Agentic AI implementation. Strong coding background with experience in code vibing and agent orchestration. Familiarity with MPC and secure computation techniques.
