We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Agentic AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our autonomous AI systems. You will work closely with senior engineers and researchers, assisting in the design, development, and deployment of agentic solutions. This is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in a cutting-edge field, building intelligent systems that can reason, plan, and execute tasks independently.

Location: LATAM (Remote)

Time Zone: East / West Coast overlap required

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic AI Development: Develop agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph, Crew AI, LangChain, N8N, etc. Write and maintain clean, well-documented code for individual components of the AI agent's architecture.
• Data Handling and Preparation: Help with data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing for training and improving AI models. Work with vector databases to manage and retrieve data efficiently for agentic applications.
• Tool Integration: Support the team in integrating various tools and APIs that enable AI agents to interact with external systems and environments.
• Monitoring and Testing: Assist in the implementation of monitoring and testing processes for AI agents. This includes running tests, debugging issues, and collecting data on model performance and behavior.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for code, development processes, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
• Collaboration and Learning: Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team, including senior developers, MLOps engineers, and data scientists. Proactively seek opportunities to learn new skills and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and agentic systems.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: 3+ years of experience. Solid proficiency in Python is essential. Familiarity with other programming languages is a plus.
• AI/ML Fundamentals: A foundational understanding of machine learning concepts, Agentic AI and the AI development lifecycle .
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Crew AI , ADK, N8N) is a strong plus. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication : Good verbal and written communication skills. The ability to articulate technical concepts and work effectively as part of a team.
• Eagerness to Learn : A curious mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow in the fast-paced field of agentic AI.
