Job Description

The Agentic AI Technology Leader is a high-impact role responsible for spearheading the transition from passive AI tools to autonomous Agentic systems within Ford’s manufacturing landscape. This leader will drive the development of AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks to improve plant efficiency, quality, and maintenance. You will lead the Alliance Manufacturing Agentic AI pillar, accelerating the deployment of Digital Workers and Expert Agents that can interact with our manufacturing data to make real-time decisions.
The position will be located where the winning candidate is based.


Education: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related engineering field.
