Role: Agentic Engineer (Mid–Senior)

Location - Chennai India - Hybrid with 3 days in office

Team & Stage - Early-stage startup building core AI infrastructure. Small team, high ownership, fast iteration.

About the Role

We’re building our own agentic orchestration platform from the ground up. This role is for engineers who want to build the engine, not just wire together existing tools. As an Agentic Engineer, you’ll work on the systems that allow AI agents to plan, reason, act, recover from failure, and improve over time. You’ll be one of a small group (2–3 engineers) shaping the foundations of our agentic stack. This is a hands-on, product-oriented engineering role with direct impact on what we ship.
