•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or a relevant field
•Experience in methodologies: Agile / Scrum, Design Thinking
•Functional experience in HR processes
•Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, advanced Excel
•Excellent analytical, communication skills and attention to detail
•Proactivity, initiative, and sense of responsibility
•Minimum experience 3-5 years
•Knowledge of SAS, SAP/SAP SF is a plus
