We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting Agile principles and practices. The ideal candidate will drive Agile maturity, coach Scrum teams, and support organizational transformation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in multi team environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery models.
• Hands on experience with Agile tools (Jira, ADO, Confluence, etc.).
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Agile certifications preferred (CSM, ICP ACC, SAFe, etc.). ...
