Job Description
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in multi‑team environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery models.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile tools (Jira, ADO, Confluence, etc.).
- Excellent facilitation, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach teams on Agile values, frameworks, and ways of working to improve delivery and collaboration.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross‑functional teams.
- Identify impediments, elevate issues, and drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and metrics.
- Enable Agile adoption across programs by standardizing practices, terminology, and team maturity models.
- Promote a culture of transparency, learning, and high performance.
