Job Description
• Assessing existing project management practices and identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency on the project teams
• Assisting the teams and Enterprise Priorities Office in removing organizational impediments identified by the project teams
• Working with the teams daily to implement the effectiveness and efficiency improvements
• Providing 1:1 coaching to Priority Owners, Product Owners, and Scrum Master to help them adopt agile mindsets & behaviors
