The Agile Coach will conduct training, coach teams and leaders, facilitate new ways of working, support community building, and create reusable assets to scale agile practices across Markets and Solution Areas.

- Coach Scrum Masters, RTEs, Product Owners, leaders and teams to grow an agile mindset during onboarding and transformation.
