You will collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and teams to drive increased agility, faster learning, and better products. Your mission is to transform teams into high‑performing units, deploy new Agile methods, and champion continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to develop a unified strategy, create cross‑area collaboration frameworks, share best practices, and maintain consistent agile evolution.
• Guide executives, business units, and technology teams on change management and the implementation of Agile principles, helping them build a thriving Agile organization at scale.
