1. Overall experience 15+ years with agile project management experience of 7+ years

2. Worked as an Agile Coach leading enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives, coaching leadership, PMs, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams on Agile frameworks, mindset shift, and value-driven execution across multiple accounts or portfolios.

3. Should have done bachelor’s in engineering & post-graduation in business management from a premium B-Schools in IT/Operations/Project Management or MBA.

4. Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications.
