Job Description

  • 10+ years of proven experience in project / program management for software development initiatives
  • Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban), leading ceremonies and driving execution
  • Solid understanding of SDLC
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive-level status reporting (RAID, milestones, KPIs)
  • Experience with financial management (budget, forecast, actuals, variance)
  • Hands‑on experience with Clarity PPM (or similar PPM tool) for planning and reporting

Nice to Have

  • Clear communication and reporting
  • Large scale – complex integration environment projects
  • Mortgage / loan / lending project experience
  • Experience delivering in regulated environments (governance, audit‑ready documentation)
