Team Function:

Perform manual functional testing of POS systems and backend applications to ensure features meet business and technical requirements. Validate system behavior across end-to-end workflows, identifying defects and inconsistencies early in the testing cycle. Payments domain exposure is a plus, including validation of transactions, error handling, and data integrity, but not required. Execute automation regression scripts to support release and change validation; collaborate with automation resources as needed. Design and maintain clear, detailed test cases with well-documented expected and actual results. Log, track, and retest defects with strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate reproduction steps and impact assessment. Communicate testing status, defects, and risks clearly, including the ability to articulate root cause findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
