Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, acting as the main Agile facilitator for development teams.
Solid Business Analysis fundamentals, including requirements gathering, refinement, and stakeholder alignment.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Experience facilitating local and remote Agile teams.
Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities.
Strong background promoting Agile mindset, values, and culture.
Knowledge of additional Agile frameworks or methods (e.g., Kanban, XP, Lean).
