Agile Lead/Coach

Overview

Position Description. This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

The Agile Lead/Coach is responsible for leading and scaling the agile delivery approach across multiple teams. This role ensures consistent ways of working, effective execution, and continuous improvement aligned with both business and technology outcomes.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Defines and evolves the agile delivery framework
• Drive and coordinate PI Planning
• Coaches scrum master, product owners, and delivery teams
• Ensures predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple teams
• Removes delivery impediments
• Facilitates cross team alignment (scrum of scrums)
• Partners with Business (Product), Dev, Vendors, SI, QA and Leadership
• Monitors delivery health
• Status reporting to leadership team
