Job Purpose

• The PMO assistant manager plays a pivotal role in enabling the successful execution of the Chorus project. This individual will support the PMO in fostering an agile culture, ensuring strategic alignment, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and providing critical insights into program health. They will act as a key enabler for our diverse agile teams, helping them to deliver high-quality software and achieve business objectives within a large-scale, distributed environment.
• (The Chorus project is a strategic initiative for Ocean Network Express, a leading global container shipping carrier. This multi-year program involves the complex transition of our core monolithic system into a modern microservices architecture.
