Agile Project Manager

Overview

Facilitate Agile ceremonies for various distributed streams (technical product delivery & DevOps onsite/offshore) including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews/showcases and release planning.

Responsibilities

• Encourage collaboration and proactively seek opportunities to improve collaboration between distributed teams.
• Proactively plan and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of services for the designated products and projects.
• Assist with internal and external communication by transparently radiating information, especially relative to historical team metrics, progress towards sprint and release goals, and team capacity.
• Manage release plans, iteration plans, and status reporting for the designated projects.
• Assist teams with making appropriate commitments to tasks.
