Job Description

• Project management of client integration projects, ensuring all projects are planned, measured, and tracked according to the defined integration and service delivery processes.
• Provide program management of multiple simultaneous projects across multiple integration teams, managing team prioritization and allocation for both active and on-deck clients
• Promote internal and external cross-functional collaboration while managing multiple projects on various timelines in a fast-paced, client-responsive environment
• Measure and manage work-in-progress (WIP) levels across teams and lead backlog prioritization processes to support planning, delivery of business value, and continued client satisfaction
• Maintain, track, and report on all integration projects.
• Ensure time tracking and data integration consultant utilization objectives are managed and maintained
• Work with Sales and Finance to develop statements-of-work (SOWs) and consulting team availability estimates for future service engagements
