Your Role

  • Facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies​- The Scrum Master leads daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned.​
  • Coaching and Continuous Improvement​- Coaches teams on Agile principles to improve delivery velocity and foster a culture of continual improvement.​
  • Removing Impediments​ - Removes obstacles and shields the team from distractions to ensure smooth progress of work.​
  • Agile Metrics and Best Practices​ - Monitors velocity, cycle time, and promotes engineering best practices like Definition of Done and CI/CD adoption.​
  • Planning and Progress Tracking​- Create and maintain detailed delivery plans and track progress against milestones effectively.​
