Job Description
The position will be a member of the Aeronautics Sustainment Development team and participate in full lifecycle software development as part of a scrum team understanding the customer needs and use of the applications and designing improvements to meet those needs. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to coach and facilitate two Agile teams. Responsibilities include:
Agile Facilitation - Conduct all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand?ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and backlog refinement) with a focus on time?boxing, clarity, and purpose.
Team Enablement & Coaching - Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.
Impediment Removal - Identify, track, and resolve internal and external impediments that threaten sprint goals (e.g., resource constraints, integration bottlenecks, security approvals). Escalate issues to appropriate program or governance bodies when necessary.
