A successful DVP- C&B should have:
A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in compensation and benefits within the Financial Services industry. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards for compensation policies. Experience in job evaluations and salary benchmarking processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
