Job Profile Role: Manager Production

Key Responsibilities:

Job Location: Sidhrawali

• Daily review for production plan and schedule as per forecast and stock levels.

• Active involvement in all HSE related activities.

• Responsible for ISO 9001,14001,18001 & 45001

• Establish procedure for Production activities as per guidelines in integrated management system

• Daily review for short stock of finished goods required to fulfil customer order

• Updating data for shortages for the production plan and review cross functionally to fulfil business needs.

• Skilled, Semi-skilled, un-skilled manpower handling.

• Generating production order sheet, allocating jobs & updating batch records in SAP.

• Check compliance of process operator practices with PPE, permits, work Instruction & ensure good working conditions by housekeeping as per procedure and guidelines in integrated management system.

• Coordination with all stakeholders for smooth function over supplies to customer on regular basis.

• Calibration of equipment as per procedure in integrated management system.

• Propose action plan required to improve productivity, minimize production consumable cost, energy saving, water saving and meet other plant KPIs as per compelling business need of operations.

• Checking and ensuring stocks of process consumable to maintain production continuity.

• Ensure wastewater treatment as per procedure.

• Participate in management manufacturing and safety & quality committee meetings.

• Assist in operations as standby supervision in utility and engineering in case of absence of respective stakeholders.

• Ensure timely near Miss Reporting along with team members.

• Working over customer complaint and root cause analysis over the same within stipulated time.

• Follow up with lab and procurement team for criticality on daily basis

• Ensure Inventory variance of slow movers and regular moving items.

• Ensure consumption of slow and non-moving inventory

• Ensure In house Batch Rejection/ Scrap should be NIL.

• Over Time Management.

• Ensure 100% compliance to product regulatory requirements and packaging material quality along with QC team.

• Ensure 100% compliance to In Process Quality Checks.

• Work towards operator skill development.

• Ensure 100% batch yields and identify and implement actions to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency in manufacturing and filling operations, while maintaining safety and quality.

• Compliance & Follow SOP in Production Shop floor to avoid any Incident

• Working over capex and budget.

• PGI- Safety Tour - 5S Monthly

• OTIF monitoring along with supply chain and maintain the same >95%.

• Training to all team members for GMP, Safe driving of MHEs, 6S, WIP management etc.

• Good working knowledge about Lean, six sigma and TPM methodologies and other process excellence initiatives to improve OPE.

Qualifications / professional experience

• B-Tech in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.

• Professional Experience - Minimum 10 Years exp. in FMCG/Foods/Chemical Manufacturing. Special knowledge

• SAP usage proficiency.

• Expertise with relevant plant equipments and machinery (Utilities etc.).

• Documentation and MIS Reporting.

• MS office use proficiency and good presentation skills. Interpersonal qualities
