AGM / DGM - Operation - Pellet Plant

Plant Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 1.5 MTPA Iron Ore Pellet Plant using straight grate technology and wet grinding with filtration units.
• Operate and manage beneficiation plants including ball mills, hydrocyclones, spirals, scrubbers, vibrating screens, HGMS, thickeners, screw classifiers, derrick screens, ceramic filters, and press filters.
• Maintain process parameters and quality standards for filter cake properties such as grinding, Blaine number, moisture percentage, and total iron content (FeT).
• Commission and operate new beneficiation plants and pellet plants ensuring smooth ramp-up and stabilization.

Production & Performance Monitoring:

• Prepare and present daily and monthly plant performance reports (MIS, DPR, PPT), including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and quality rate calculations.
