DS Group is looking for an experienced AGM – Hospitality Marketing to drive strategic marketing oversight across its hospitality portfolio. This leadership role will focus on governing marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency, tracking performance metrics, and strengthening online reputation across properties.

The role involves close collaboration with property marketing teams and agencies, monitoring occupancy and digital KPIs, guiding performance marketing on travel aggregator platforms, and presenting insights to senior leadership. The incumbent will also lead innovation by tracking hospitality and luxury travel trends and recommending impactful, future-ready marketing initiatives.

A strong hands-on understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, online reputation management, mystery audits, and performance marketing is essential.
