Job Description

Scope of Work:

This position will report to the Company Secretary, assisting with corporate litigation and Compliance management, and related roles, to safeguard the company's interests and reputation, in accordance with the roles and responsibilities defined and assigned. This role will build a culture of awareness and execution of business strategies in line with the Companies Act, Litigation management, compliance management, Labour Laws, and Healthcare laws etc., applicable to the organization.


Here Is What You Will Do:

  • To carryout internal analysis of existing processes to identify the gaps and develop robust legal systems, processes, SOP for centralized Legal Dept.


  • Litigation & Dispute Management: Oversee all litigation and arbitration matters, including civil, criminal, regulatory, and customer protection-related cases. Manage ongoing court proceedings and customer complaints and c...
