TITLE: AGM- Product Intelligence

Role Objective:

To lead sensory science, consumer evaluation, and product performance assessment for Emami’s personal care and FMCG portfolio, ensuring superior product experience, consumer relevance, and strong support to innovation and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead sensory and objective product evaluation through trained internal experts and sensory panels.


Design and manage holistic product performance evaluation programs across the innovation funnel (upstream to launch).


Generate consumer and sensory insights to support product development, optimization, and differentiation.


Translate qualitative and quantitative consumer research into actionable product and formulation recommendations.
