Job Purpose
· This role is responsible for supporting the Network Quality function by optimal and effective use of all the Network Performance, Optimization and Experience management tools to provide superior Voice and Data experience to the customer.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
• Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test/crowd sourced data and optimization to improve network quality (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE) & customer experience
• Provide technical analysis and support to circle zonal team in all aspects of RAN network.
• Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve performance.
• Network heath check to ensure consistent performance – drive SA alarms/parameter audit.
