Position Title: AGM/DGM- Residential Sales

Location : Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram

Industry Preference: Real Estate

Experience: 7+ years of experience in Luxury Residential Real Estate Sales with a

strong network of Channel Partners.


Role Overview:

The Deputy General Manager – Residential Sales will be responsible for driving sales performance for a high-end luxury residential project through a balanced mix of channel partner engagement and direct sales. The role demands a strong existing network of premium channel partners, deep understanding of the luxury homebuyer mindset, and the ability to lead sales teams to consistently achieve revenue targets while upholding brand prestige.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive overall residential sales volumes and value in line with project-wise revenue targets.

· Develop strong relationships with HNIs, channel partners, and corporate clients.

· Ensure consistent engagement, motivation, and performance of channel partners through structured programs.

· Conduct regular CP meetings, site visits, and promotional initiatives.

· Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and brand positioning.

· Provide market feedback to optimize communication, creatives, and positioning.

· Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth transaction closures.

Requirements:

· 7+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, with significant exposure to luxury and ultra-luxury projects.

· Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Deep understanding of luxury buyer expectations and consultative selling.

· Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate associations.

Education

  • · Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
