Job Duties

Aftermarket Development

  • Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of company’s sales goals.

  • Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to manage and grow the OEM business, including initiating and managing channel collaboration initiatives in order to fully leverage OEM and AM channels.

  • Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to manage and grow existing aftermarket distribution while developing new potential distribution channels and market segments (ie. Disruptive channels such as Feed Advisory / Feed Companies).

  • Manage aftermarket distribution channels for assigned territories; in some cases acting as the main point of contact for clients and maintaining client relationships.
