Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agriculture Specialist - Plant Physiology/Photobiology, located in Noida. The role involves conducting research on plant physiology and photobiology to optimize agricultural production under advanced lighting conditions. The specialist will work on implementing innovative agricultural methods, monitoring crop growth, and analyzing agricultural data. Assisting in communicating findings and providing input to improve light-based farming practices will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Plant Physiology, Light-Plant Interaction, CEA Agriculture, Modern Farming Techniques, Agricultural Production.
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills for sharing findings and engaging with stakeholders
- Highly developed Analytical Skills for evaluating data and improving farming techniques
- Experience or background in innovative agricultural practices, including urban or indoor farming
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Botany, Plant Sciences, or related field
