Job Description

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Agro Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service; operating cash registers and taking payment from customers; assisting with merchandising and displaying of the Agro Department; and maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Build relationships with farm customers and team members
  • Assist Feed Specialist as needed
  • Warehouse maintenance and inventory management and quality control
  • Operate power equipment, including forklift, skid steer, and wheel loader
  • Feed handling and storage
  • Deliver feed orders to clients
  • Operate point of sale system, ensuring all billing is correct
