Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agronomist located in Ahmedabad for 7 Acre soilless Hydroponics farm. The Agronomist will be responsible for conducting soil and plant analysis, developing and implementing agronomic strategies, researching plant nutrition and irrigation techniques, and providing technical support for hydroponic projects. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as monitoring crop health, managing hydroponic systems, and collaborating with the project team to ensure optimal crop performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Soil less cocopeat and Agriculture
• Expertise in Irrigation and Plant Nutrition techniques
• Experience in conducting Research in agronomy and crop management
• Experience in growing bell peppers,cucumbers etc in soilless coco peat media
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Relevant degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field
• Experience in hydroponics or sustainable farming practices is a plus
