A growing agribusines in Northern Pennsylvania is seeking a motivated Field Agronomist / Applicator to join its team. This full-time position blends crop input sales and custom application, ideal for someone who enjoys both working directly with growers and operating equipment in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Sell fertilizer, seed, and crop protection products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local growers
• Provide agronomic support and fertility recommendations
• Operate sprayers, spreaders, and tender equipment safely and efficiently
• Handle, load, and apply agricultural inputs according to regulations
