To strengthen our presence across the Northern states, we're hiring a dedicated Agronomist who speaks the local languages and understands the unique needs of North Indian growers.

Location: Lucknow, India ,Remote with regular travel.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years.

Salary Range: 40,000 - 60,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Client Support & Training: Visit polyhouse clients on-site to coach them on best practices for sowing, plant nutrition, pest management, irrigation, and harvest.

• Crop Performance Optimization: Analyze field data, run trials, and recommend tailored agronomic interventions to boost plant health and yield.
