POSITION SUMMARY
In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc. and Timberland Highlands Resort. The Agronomist is responsible for ensuring the health, sustainability, and aesthetic quality of all landscaped and planted areas within Timberland Highlands Resort. This includes soil management, pest and disease control, plant propagation, and the implementation of sustainable landscape practices. The Agronomist leads the landscaping team to ensure optimal plant growth and landscape upkeep.
