Overview

As an Agronomist, you will be a vital member of the branch team and a trusted advisor to our cropping clients. Working closely with rural products teams, you’ll provide practical agronomic advice and support that helps growers make confident decisions related to crop inputs, soil health, and farm management. You’ll operate both in the field and in-store—assisting clients with planning, product selection, and the adoption of new technologies, while also identifying opportunities to promote Elders’ wider range of products and services.
