Gpac is partnered with a leader in the Ag business is looking to hire an Agronomy Operations Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of the dry plant operation. This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary, bonuses, and healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and directs personnel of Dry Plant Operations
- Maximizes efficiency of Plant Operations to reduce downtime
- Develop SOPs for Plant Operations
- Achieve goals as set by location and company
- Assist agronomists with mapping, fertility, record keeping, recommendations, and soil sampling procedures
- Maintain great communication and teamwork among the operation
