TopKrop Fertilizers Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team as Agronomy Sales in either the Swift Current or Regina sales territories.

The position of Agronomy Sales is a remote/outside sales position that will operate in a designated territory within the prairie provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and/or Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to sales by utilizing leading agronomic knowledge. Knowledge will be used to position our products in a way that is favorable to farmers looking to grow better crops and increase their profitability.

TopKrop currently has a hybrid business model which includes both selling directly to farmers and building our dealer network. This model requires someone who can be strategic for the mutual benefit of the farmer, the dealer, and our organization.
