AHP Assistant Practitioner

We are looking for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic and caring person to join our small and friendly Children’s Occupational Therapy team.

This is a permanent 22.3 hours/ 3 days a week post. The work pattern is 3 days Monday through Friday.

The post is based in the Helensburgh office, Victoria Integrated Care Centre, East King Street.

This is an exciting post working with the Children’s Occupational therapy team to support parents, children and young people with a range of physical, sensory and developmental concerns.

As a service we support children and young people from birth to 18 years of age.

The post holder will be allocated a delegated patient caseload by the qualified Therapist and, following training and induction, be expected to work independently, assessing the patient’s care needs and/or modifying existing treatment plans, providing advice and strategies, and delivering this care along agreed clinical pathways; this could include ...
