AI Agent Developer

The Role:

Your Contributions Will Include:

• Lead the development of the Agent's core modules, directly translating generative AI capabilities into impactful real-world applications.
• Actively optimize Agent performance, skillfully applying prompt engineering, crafting effective tool designs, implementing RAG, and refining Agent system architecture.
• Validate new product feature ideas, building rapid prototypes to test and refine concepts.
• Establish comprehensive evaluation systems and automated processes, ensuring rigorous assessment of Agent performance.

Ideal Profile:

• You are an outstanding graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 1-3 years of programming experience. 
• You demonstrate strong programming skills, exhibit excellent design capabilities, and consistently adhere to high code quality standards.
• You are proficient in utilizing a modern front-end technology stack to rapidly prototype and develop robust evaluation platforms.
• You have a solid understanding of critical backend domains, including databases, caching mechanisms, message queues, and microservices architectures.
• You demonstrate extreme ownership for every component you are responsible for, ensuring reliable and impactful contributions.
• You adapt quickly and seamlessly to dynamic and fast-paced development environments, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
