• End-to-end delivery of Voice + Conversational AI agent deployments for high-scale, consumer-facing use cases
• Agent workflow design: map business processes → tools/actions, write & iterate prompt logic, tool-use patterns, guardrails, and fail-safes
• Customer discovery → deployment: demos, diagnosing issues, tailoring agents to real-world workflows, converting ambiguity into crisp product/tech requirements
• Partner with leadership: shape client AI roadmaps and drive measurable outcomes (revenue, efficiency, CX)
