AI Agent Systems Architect at E2C International

Job Purpose and Role
E2C International, a US‑based company, is seeking an experienced AI Agent Systems Architect to design, develop, and launch a white‑labeled AI agent business from the ground up. The role blends hands‑on development with systems thinking and requires building autonomous agents that integrate with real‑world tools such as CRMs, marketing platforms, and business workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and prototype AI agents that support business workflows (not just chatbots).
  • Architect modular, reusable agent templates for resale or deployment across clients.
  • Set up the backend system (OpenAI/Claude APIs, memory management, tools/plugins).
  • Integrate agents with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel), calendars, webhooks, job boards, and internal tools.
  • Help shape an MVP‑level SaaS‑like portal for managing agent clients (multi‑tenant, white‑label).
  • Provide guidance on platform/t‑to‑le decisions (build vs buy).
  • Collaborate with a small internal ops team on testing and deployment.

What You Should Have

  • Proven experience building AI agents with tool use, memory, or planning abilities.
  • Strong grasp of GPT, Claude, LangChain, LLMOps, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and context management (e.g., vector DBs, embeddings, memory frameworks).
  • Ability to design workflows across systems (e.g., Zapier, Make, Supabase, HubSpot API).
  • Familiarity with a basic backend stack (Python, Node.js, Firebase, etc.), even if using no‑code/low‑code solutions.
  • Understanding of building systems easily adopted by non‑technical clients.

Bonus

  • Experience with white‑label SaaS or agency tech infrastructure.

  • Lean focus on outcomes rather than excessive documentation.
  • Initial commitment: part‑time or project‑based, with potential for long‑term technical leadership.
  • Assist in moving from prototype to revenue‑generating business.
